Terms of sale:
- We only ship to a billing address for American Express, Visa and Master Card or a confirmed Pay Pal address.
- UPS Ground is our standard shipping method (except for Alaska and Hawaii) but Express shipping is available upon request at the Buyers expense. For shipping outside the USA please contact our store. Insurance is available at the Buyers expense. Upon receipt of goods please inspect all packages before signing. Any damage found after delivery and acceptance of the package must go through the shipping company's insurance claim procedure.
- All in stock purchases will be shipped within 2 business days and a tracking number will be provided by email. We will advise by email the expected shipping date of any out of stock item.
- Kentucky Residents add 6% for sales tax.
Returns and Warranty
- All unmounted new wheels or tires may be taken back for store credit subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a wheel or tire is mounted it is considered used.
- All returns must be in the original boxes and properly packaged. Buyer to pay return shipping fee.
- We will provide you with a return authorization for any defective wheels or tires. Upon verification of defect a replacement wheel will be shipped or a credit issued. The 20% restocking fee does not apply if the wheel or tire is found to be defective.
- All wheels and tires include their factory warranty. Please contact us for detail as every manufacturer has their own warranty terms. Any additional road hazard warranty purchased will be subject to the terms and conditions provided to the Buyer.
